You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and that you participate in our services at your own risk. You represent that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities and that you have consulted with a physician if you have any health concerns. You agree to immediately inform us of any changes to your health status that may affect your ability to safely participate in our programmes.
Membership fees and service charges are due in advance according to your chosen payment schedule. We accept various payment methods as specified during registration. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges. We reserve the right to change our prices with reasonable notice to existing members.
Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing with appropriate notice as specified in your membership agreement. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Some services may be non-refundable. We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or facility rules.
All content on our website and in our facilities, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and training materials, is the property of quantacoriues or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
